HOW CAN I JOIN THE JUDITH RIPKA REWARDS PROGRAM?
If you are a new customer, please join by clicking the ‘Join’ button at the top of the Rewards Page. If you are already a customer at judithripka.com, you can visit the Rewards Page and click the dedicated Login button at the top of the page.
HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
There are 3 main ways to earn points:
- Earn 100 points for every $10 you spend while shopping on judithripka.com
- Referring friends is a great way to earn $50 at any time
- Visit the “Ways to Earn” section on the Rewards Page to learn the point values rewarded for interactions with Judith Ripka
WHERE IS THE REDEMPTION DROP DOWN?
Please always make sure you are logged in into your account. Once you are ready to commit with your order, your points drop down menu will be visible on the right hand side just beside the contact info and shipping address.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
Your points can be redeemed for discounts on your orders
Here is a simple conversion guide:
1,000 points = $10 Gift Card
2,500 points = $25 Gift Card
5,000 points = $50 Gift Card
7,500 points = $75 Gift Card
10,000 points = $100 Gift Card
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
- Login to your Judith Ripka Profile
- Add products to your cart
- Proceed to enter your payment information and you will see a dropdown with redeemable rewards
Above the dropdown, you will see the available points you have to redeem. If you do not see the available points, please make sure you are logged in.
HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
Once you are logged in, your points balance is available to you on the Rewards Page and at checkout
DO I HAVE TO PAY A MEMBERSHIP FEE TO JOIN THE JUDITH RIPKA REWARDS PROGRAM?
Absolutely not! You can sign up to the Judith Ripka Rewards program for free and you receive complimentary points for joining.
DO I HAVE TO ENROLL OR REGISTER IN INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS?
Once you register for an account, you are fully enrolled into the Judith Ripka Rewards Program. We don't require you to register for individual promotions.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Your points expire after 1 year of inactivity
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
When you return an item, you will be deducted the associated points you originally earned for that purchase
Example: you made a purchase of $50 that made you earn 5,000 points. If you decide to return your purchase, you will be deducted the initial 5,000 points rewards, just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

CAN I BUY POINTS?
Currently points are not available to be purchased, they can only be earned. For more information on how to earn points visit the “Ways to Earn” section on the Rewards Page.
