If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return the item that you purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less any shipping, handling, gift wrap or other charges. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Only item(s) purchased on JudithRipka.com may be returned using our online RMA Form.

Prior to returning the item(s) to JudithRipka.com, please complete the RMA form by logging into My Account. Choose Order Status/View Orders. Choose the item you would like to return and click on Select Items to Return/Repair. Place a check mark in the box next to each item you are returning and click the Return/Repair button. Once you submit your Contact Information and Reason for Return, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number is essential for us to track and process your return. You will also receive an email with your RMA number and important shipping instructions. Please include a copy of the Return Repair Form with your return.
